Overnight Chia Coconut Oats with Mango

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup oats try to find wheat free ones
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • Toppings:
  • Half a mango chopped up or whatever fruit you like
  • Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Instructions
 

  • Simply put everything in a jar except toppings, mix together with a spoon and place in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, add your toppings and enjoy!
