Veggie-based Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (low-sugar)

Serves two

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower florets steam first and then freeze
  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries not frozen
  • 2 Tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk soy or almond work well
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 heaped Tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • Toppings:
  • Hemp seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Bee pollen
  • Almond or peanut butter drizzle
  • Coconut flakes would also be delicious

Instructions
 

  • Simply blend all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Pour into bowls then add toppings and enjoy xx
