Veggie-based Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (low-sugar)
Serves two
  • 1½ cups frozen cauliflower florets (steam first and then freeze)
  • ¼ cup frozen avocado
  • 1½ cups blueberries (not frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk (soy or almond work well)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 heaped Tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • Toppings:
  • Hemp seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Bee pollen
  • Almond or peanut butter drizzle
  • (Coconut flakes would also be delicious)
  1. Simply blend all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowls then add toppings and enjoy xx
